Edgardo Portugal Fernandez, Head of Mobile Commercial Offer at Telefónica España, took on a new role as Head of Terminal Value Proposal. In his new position, Fernandez is responsible for mobile equipment, including defining the value proposition, pricing strategy and launch campaigns for terminals.
